'Treat Your Feet!'
A Relaxing and Sensual Barefoot Dance Immersion followed by a Soothing Self Love Foot Ritual - Tune into the Wisdom of Your Feet for self healing
Have you ever been told your feet are ugly?
Are you carrying generational height or foot shame?
Do you ever feel embarrassed about showing your feet in public?
If ‘yes’ you are not alone!
I have personally experienced all of the above, and I am on a journey of letting it all go!
The dance floor is amazing for this!
It’s time to flip the script and re-write the old stories of body shame, starting with our feet!
This event will help you have a deeper appreciation for your feet, how they support you, and all they can do!Your feet (your hands that touch the earth)
Learning to accept my feet as they are has been deeply healing and moving barefoot has helped me release a huge amount of stored trauma and personal body shame related to my feet…
It’s time to give back to your foundation.

This is the intention of this event to celebrate feet, to be proud and honour our perfectly, different bodies, shapes, sizes...
To put aside the expectations of others and society that we should look a certain way!!!
