Adrian Ferraro One of the original team to discover The Bioasis (https://www.thebioasis.com/), Adrian is an adventurer turned passionate educationalist, with side hobbies in conservation, ethical tourism and, amongst other things, surfing. From an eclectic background in sports science, pub management and purchasing, Adrian found his nirvana when he made a non-risk-assessed leap into the world of adventure travel in 2001. His travels started long before that though and he’s now sampled the delights of over 60 countries worldwide.

Zoe Langley-Wathen As a passionate storyteller, Zoe draws on her experiences and fears to capture her audience. Her mission is to encourage others, and particularly midlife women to ‘HeadRightOut’ of their comfort zone in the outdoors. It all began after a life-changing, seven-weeks solo walk along the UK’s longest national trail, the South West Coast Path. Zoe set about sharing her experiences of wild camping solo and wading estuaries at forty. She knows first-hand the turmoil of confronting self-imposed limitations and the dread of trying something new.
