About this Event
This fully-funded workshop is suitable for first time founders working at the very early stages as well as for owners of established businesses, perhaps looking to bring a new product or service to the market.
Based on Strategyzer’s established Business Model Canvas methodology, you’ll explore and evaluate early-stage venture concepts with other founders, build a detailed picture of your potential customers and value proposition, receive valuable feedback from experienced facilitators and other founders, and plan the next steps to grow your venture into a sustainable start-up.
Workshop Details:
The workshop is designed to be practical, interactive and hands-on, and you’ll be putting theory into practice by comparing your business with established business models and constructing your own business model.
The workshop is designed to give you clear next steps and to be an introduction to the ongoing entrepreneurship support available at the Innovation Hub.
This workshop works well for any sector and will be delivered in-person at the new Exeter Innovation Hub in Exeter city centre. Please note that this workshop is not open to students or participants who are currently engaged with the University's Student Startups team. Attendees must also be Exeter based.
