• 1-Hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Class: Practice gentle, intentional movements designed to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing process.
• 1-Hour Education & Support Circle: Dive deeper into understanding how trauma impacts the body, brain, and emotions with a concise, actionable handout. Topics vary monthly, from exploring ACE scores to the effects of trauma on the brain. Share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on their healing journey.
