You’re invited to an Information Session for ICP’s Trauma Studies Center! Join us to learn about the Two-Year Trauma Training Program in psychological trauma theory and clinical practice offered by the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York City
At this session, you’ll hear from program leadership and seasoned faculty about the curriculum, which integrates neurobiology, attachment theory, trauma processing models, and supervised clinical experience. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about eligibility, application requirements, scholarships (including the Drs. Kenneth & Mamie Clark BIPOC Scholarship), and how this certificate prepares clinicians to treat traumatized clients with skill and confidence.
Note: To be eligible for our program, you will need to have a master’s in mental health field like social work or mental health counseling, or a doctorate in psychology or other mental health profession in NYS.We are also an approved NYS-CE provider for social workers and other mental health clinicians.
