* The impact of trauma on the brain.
* Encouraging growth and healing after trauma.
* Caring for yourself and becoming a trauma informed team.

Thanks to grant funding from sourced by My Birth Support CIC and Mayah's Legacy this training and network morning is free for all to attend. Booking is essential to ensure there is space in hall for everyone and enough refreshments to go around.
What to bring:
For your comfort you may want a cushion, blanket and even fluffy socks! We recognise that not all of us are able bodied, so if you need to sit on a chair, the floor or lie down that is absolutely fine.
We will provide all the refreshments and materials for a really special morning.
Please bring a notebook for your own planning and feel free to bring business cards or postcards to share in the networking part of the morning.
Babes in arms are welcome, we are pleased to accommodate non mobile babies, including any breast, chest and bottle feeding or changing requirements you have.
