Trauma-Informed Healing Justice is an in-person workshop for service providers and front-line workers who want to deepen their understanding of trauma while staying grounded in social justice. Open to service providers and front-line workers in a range of settings, this workshop explores how trauma lives in the body and nervous system, with attention to how marginalization, inequity, and lived experience influence both harm and healing.
Participants will be introduced to the neurobiology of trauma, gaining practical insight into why people respond the way they do under stress and how this understanding can strengthen compassion, safety, and care in our work with others and ourselves. This workshop will be offered by Randell Duguid of Unearthing Pathways.
In the event of a storm, participants will be notified on the morning of via email. Storm date is February 17th - same time and location.
