Intro to Trapeze Workshop Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM

Perfect for first-timers! Learn foundational skills, basic poses, and transitions on the trapeze. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and we’ll handle the rest.

Trapeze & Flow Workshop Sunday, May 31st, 2026 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Take it a step further by connecting movement and creativity. This session focuses on flow, sequencing, and expressing yourself in the air.
