-Joe's Palette is Located on the second floor. Parking will be to the front and rear end of the building.

-Public events by Joes Palette may be subjected to photography of customers for media promotional purposes ONLY. Unless it is a private event

- Customers are encouraged to also pay attention to wet floors as it can be slippery. Customers are advised to be watch their steps as this location is on the second floor.

-Customers may not be so consumed with alcohol that they are impaired and cannot function. If customers are over indulged in alcohol and are impaired or excessively incoherent , they may be asked to leave the premises by management or by law enforcement . Customers who drink alcohol are advised to have a Designated driver .
