Transportation Claim 101

In partnership with ROE 35 the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) will present a  workshop to support districts in completing the Transportation Claim.

This session will highlight key components, provide clarity on requirements, and allow time for questions.

We’ll cover:

• Important timelines
• Required data and documentation
• Pupil head count and mileage calculations
• Tracking expenditures and revenue
• Understanding the depreciation schedule
• Breaking down the claim formula
• Time for questions and support

Michael Olson will lead this event and welcomes all bookkeepers and administrators who are responsible for completing the transportation claim for your district. Bring your device and questions. We will meet at IVCC in Oglesby in CTC 125. This event is free!
