Transmission meditation workshop

Transmission Meditation is a simple form of group meditation in which we aim to transmit and make accessible, in a safe and scientific manner, high-level spiritual energies for the benefit of the world. This is a form of service, and is also a powerful means of personal growth.

There are hundreds of Transmission Meditation groups active around the world, including several in New Zealand. All are welcome and participation is free.

The workshop is for one hour and will be in the Ranfurly Room. Chairs and cushions (and refreshments) are provided.
