End-of-Year 2024 workshop
Livet består af en hel masse store og små overgange, som vi er mere eller mindre bevidste om.
Nogle overgange klarer vi med overskud og fleksibilitet, nogle hilser vi velkommen, mens andre overgange har dramatisk indvirkning på vores liv, skaber forvirring, sorg og tab af identitet. Men overgange og forandringer er et vilkår i livet.
Hvordan kan vi bevæge os mere trygt og tillidsfuldt gennem disse uundgåelige forandringer?
Disse bølger af rytmer, af årstider, af relationer, af muligheder, af valg... hvordan kan vi navigere i dem med lethed?
Selvom det nogle gange er svært at forudsige og vanskeligt at byde velkommen, bringer OVERGANGE os til vores potentiale, vores ønsker, vores vækst og vores tilblivelse.
På dette magiske tidspunkt ved årsskiftet, hvor mørket stadig er på sit dybeste og stilhedens vindue står åbent, vil vi lade danseren i os styrke vores bevidsthed om at navigere sikkert og tillidsfuld i overgangene.
Med 5Rhythms© dansepraksis som metode bliver vi guided i, hvordan vi bevæger os gennem de overgangene og forandringer i vores liv med klarhed, lethed, ynde og latter.

Life consists of many big and small transitions that we are more or less aware of.
Some transitions we manage with energy and flexibility, some we welcome, while other transitions have a dramatic impact on our lives, creating confusion, grief and loss of identity. But transitions and changes are a condition of life.
How can we move more surefooted and confidently through these inevitable changes?
These waves of rhythms, of seasons, of relationships, of opportunities, of choices... how can we navigate them with ease?
Although sometimes difficult to predict and difficult to welcome, TRANSITIONS bring us to our potential, our desires, our growth and our becoming.
At this magical time at the turn of the year, when the darkness is still at its deepest and the window of silence is open, we will let the dancer in us strengthen our awareness to navigate the transitions safely and confidently.
With the 5Rhythms© dance practice, we are guided to move through the transitions and changes in our lives with clarity, ease, grace and laughter.

Cancellations for Workshops:
The amount is refunded up to 14 days from the start date, minus DKK 400 for administration. If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, half of the amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of DKK 400. After this, the amount will not be refunded. The space can be passed on to someone else.
