We find ourselves in a transitional time. All around us and within us things are changing, constantly. Some changes are hard to adjust to and some you want to run towards too.
Can we make these easier? Yes we can.
This 5Rhythms workshops weekend will shine light on transitions.
The 5Rhythms will show us our habits and our familiar way to move through a transition. Each rhythm will teach us a way of transition that can become a tool to use in your daily life. Without harming yourself or another. Enjoying the choices you make in life, and transition with ease.
Experience how the 5Rhythms can change your way of transitioning in life and become a more grounded, open and free expressive loving human.

With mindful exercises, meditation and movement Marjolein will guide us through a dance journey of self-discovery and free expression.
