Sound therapy not only helps to relax the mind but also stimulates different brainwave patterns that are similar to a deep state of meditation. This allows for processing of sub-conscious stresses, emotions and thought patterns.
The sounds of the gongs and Tibetan Healing Bowls provide the opportune to time to wind down and give yourself some needed self care.
