Have you struggled to create healthier habits on your own with little success?Do you feel like you aren’t in control of your own health and well-being?

Then this workshop is for you! We will delve into wisdom from the Yoga Sutras about how and why we do the things we do. We’ll see what the ancient yogis had to say about habit formation AND habit transformation. We all have some beneficial habits—patterns of behavior that help us live better. But we also have harmful habits—patterns of behavior that do the opposite.

Through our study of ancient text, journaling, self-reflection, and movement, we’ll deepen our understanding of the wisdom that has been offered to yogis around the world for years. We’ll learn how to take our practice of yoga off the mat. And we’ll discover a framework that will equip you to break free from unhelpful patterns and cultivate new, empowering habits.
