Anxiety, stress, grief, and anger can feel like relentless forces, keeping us stuck in tension and worry. These emotions often become embedded in the body, leaving us disconnected from ease and inner peace. In this powerful breathwork session, we’ll use the breath to release what no longer serves us, so we can return to balance, clarity, and connection.
Through guided conscious connected breathing, Veronica will create a safe space for you to:
Release stress, anxiety, and overwhelm → walk away with more calm, clarity, and energy.
Free stuck energy and emotions → let go of grief, anger, and pain stored in the body.
Turn off your overthinking mind → connect with your heart, open to love, gratitude, and your true self.
This 90-minute session combines intention setting, guided active breathing, empowering visualization, and full-body integration. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself.
