We begin with gentle, intentional movement to open the ribs, chest, and diaphragm creating space where breath has quietly become restricted. Then you’ll be guided through an immersive breathwork journey using layered techniques that awaken, soften, and shift your internal state.
Some moments may feel energizing.
Some deeply calming.
Some unexpectedly emotional.
We close with supported savasana to integrate and settle.
Breath is powerful because it bypasses the thinking mind. It can access what talking sometimes cannot — releasing stored stress, restoring clarity, and recalibrating your nervous system from the inside out.
