I will intentionally guide you through breathwork in order to bridge the gaps and allow you to discover for yourself where your conscious and subconscious mind are at.

I invite you to surrender to the possibilities of what is waiting for you as you push past your edge to find a new level of yourself. This three-part Reset Breathwork technique will connect your mind and body in order to break away from what doesn't serve you emotionally, physically, spiritually and energetically.

Come with an open mind and heart as you emmerse yourself in this experience in order to come back to who you truly are.

What You Can Experience:

Release any thoughts, feelings, emotions or energy that no longer serves ypu with love.

Gain more clarity for what you envision to show up for you and how you will show up for you.

Gather with like minded people that are looking for a way to connect to themselves on a new level

What is needed:

Dress comfortable (yogo pants/shorts, t-shirt/sweatshirt, etc)

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on

Have an empty stomach; no food or drink an hour prior

What to have with You:

Blanket, eye mask, journal, pen, water bottle

This is a Full Body-Mind Experience designed to leave you feeling... well, whatever it is that is meant for You!

No previous breathwork or meditation practice/experience is required. You will be guided the entire way.
