Give the gift of self-care and take a break from the daily hustle and bustle. Whether novice or expert at meditation, we invite you to have a moment of calmness and connection. Take some breaths to help focus your mind in a more positive and productive direction and rejuvenate your energy. This program will also feature a live sound bath to amplify the experience and provide healing frequencies. Live music provided by Ace Champion. We recommend bringing something comfortable to sit or lie down on such as a yoga mat or blanket.
Mindful Meditation will be located on the Great Lawn.
Registration is not required for this free program. Recommended for ages 16+ but younger teens are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
