TrascenDance is an accessible movement class that can be done at any level! You can even do it seated or in a wheelchair if you need.

Please join us on February 28th to connect with our bodies and each other.

A note on footwear: Socks, bare feet, yoga socks, clean-soled shoes never worn outside, jazz shoes, and ballet slippers are approved class specific shoes. Outside shoes that have been worn before are not permitted.

Please also bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Check-in is at 9:45 am. Please arrive at that time.
