Have you been wanting to hit the gym, but feel confused about the equipment or alienated by the space? Do you want to work out with other trans people? Join us for Trans Gym Day on September 15 at 8pm! Trans gym day this month will be at the BEEF LFK, a private queer gym in downtown Lawrence.Important things to know:
🔩 Since this is a private gym with a door code, so we'll be buzzing people in!
🔩 BEEF Barbell Club is located underneath Chipotle on Mass. Enter the door that says "Budget Repair," go downstairs, turn right and go all the way to the end of the hallway. A TLC member will let you in!
🔩 This is a gym meet up, not an instructor led session. Attendees will be doing their own workout, sharing space with each other. TLC volunteers will be available to answer questions about equipment.
🔩 Trans gym day is currently in transition. We may change dates, times, or locations month to month until we settle into something new.
