Trance Dance and Sound Healing

Yoga Trance Dance is a contemporary exploration of the spirit of dance within yoga. Beginning with prana yoga, then moving into trance dance, flowing into an exploration of free-form, breath driven movement to liberate one's creative life force and cultivate embodied freedom. The class will end with a luxurious live sound healing experience as we lie down and integrate the transformative movement in the workshop. This experience will then float into the hammam, sauna & spa to complete the evening in total bliss.
