5რიტმის მისტიკური და სულიერი ასპექტები.
ჩვენი გამოცდილებიდან გამომდინარე, მივედით დასკვნამდე, რომ რასაც ჩვენ, ადამიანები განვიცდით, ვფიქრობთ, ვგრძნობთ შეიძლება შეიცვალოს თუ მივენდობით მოძრაობას.
5რიტმის ტალღების რუკაზე დაფუძნებული ეს ვორქშოფი დაგვეხმარება ერთმანეთისთვის შევქმნათ ისეთი გარემო, სადაც უსაფრთხო იქნება შეგრძნებების გამოხატვა და მოძრაობაში მოყვანა ყველაფრის რაც ამ დროს აღმოცენდება.
მისტიკური ველი ცნობიერებასა და ყურადღებას შორის სწორედ აქ... ყოველთვის და ყველგან...შეუზღუდავი სივრცე, დახვეწილი ვიბრაციული სიცოცხლისუნარიანობა და სრული მინდობა უნივერსალურ ენერგიაზა და სიმშვიდეზე, რომელიც ჩვენს სულებს ასე სწყურიათ.
სიცოცხლემ რომ ჩვენში სრულად გაშალოს ფრთები ეს თითქმის შეუძლებელი დასაშვებია ჩვენი გონებისთვის, თუმცა ჩვენი 5რიტმის მრავალწლიანი პრაქტიკა და გამოცდილება გვაჩვენებს, რომ მოძრაობა, ცეკვა და პრაქტიკა შესაძლებელს ხდის ვიგრძნოთ და გავიგოტ ყოფიერების არსი და ის თუ ვინ ვართ ჩვენ სინამდვილეში. და ამას შევძლებთ იმ შემთხვევაში თუ ჩვენ მნიშვნელობას მივანიჭებთ არა მოცეკვავეს არამედ თავისთავად ცეკვას.

ვორქშოფს გაუძღვებიან 5 რიტმის აკრედიტირებული მასწავლებლები ანეტ ულემანი და იან რედსტედი (დანია)
ანეტი და იანი 30 წელზე მეტია პარტნიორები არიან, მათ 5 რიტმის ტრენინგი გაბრიელა როტთან ამერიკაში 2005 წელს გაიარეს და ასევე ჰართბითის სერთიფიცირებული მასწავლებლები არიან.
ისინი მონაწილეობას იღებენ მიმდინარე მასწავლებლის ტრენინგში; ასევე არიან 5 რიტმის ბორდის წევრები.

კულტურული კვლევა და ხელოვნება, ჰილდეშეიმის უნივერსიტეტი; სხეულის თერაპევტი;
ის იკვლევს ხელოვნებასა და რიტუალურ თეატრს როგორც ტრანსფორმაციის საშუალებას.

ფსიქოთერაპევტი და ფსიქიატრი. 2016 წლიდან ის ასევე ჯონათან ჰორანთან ერთად არის თანაწამყვანი ვორქშოფებისა "Mirrors" & "Naked Soul"

ვორქშოფზე დასწრების ღირებულება:
პარასკევი - ღია გაკვეთილი: 25 €
სრული ვორქშოფი: 220 € (პარასკევის ჩათვლით);
პირველი კალათა: 170 € ( 9 ნოემბრამდე);
თანხის ჩარიცხვა შესაძლებელია როგორც ევროში ისე ლარში. ლარში ჩარიცხვის შემთხვევაში, გთხოვთ თანხა გადმორიცხოთ გადახდის დღეს არსებული ოფიციალური კურსით.

ვორქშოფზე დასწრება შეუძლია ნებისმიერ მსურველს, თუმცა რეკომენდირებულია, რომ დაესწროთ 5რიტმის გაკვეთილებს ან ვორქშოფს, რომელსაც გაუძღვება 5რიტმის აკრედიტირებული მასწავლებელი.
ვორქშოფში მონაწილეობის საათები ჩაითვლება 5 რიტმის მასწავლებლის ტრენინგის მოთხოვნილ საათებში.
ვორქშოფი ჩატარდება ინგლისურ ენაზე.

The Mystical & Spiritual aspects of the 5Rhythms
We have come to the understanding that whatever we as humans can meet, feel, think, sense or experience can change through surrendering to movement.
Rooted in the 5Rhythms Waves map this workshop is an investigation where we are invited to hold and
create space for each other that is safe to feel, express
and move what arises.
The Mystical field between awareness and attention
Right here... always and everywhere... unlimited space,
subtle vibriating aliveness and total surrender to the
universal spaciousness and stillness that our souls
long so deeply for.
To get out of the way and let life unfold is almost impossible for the human mind, but in our many years of experience with the 5Rhythms, we have come to see that the very surrender to humble uncensored dance, movement and practice can open for the possibility that the essence of being and who we truly are lies in
shifting the perspective from the dancer to the dance.
Through willingness to see beyond our separate individual and give space rather than take space, we see there is absolutely nothing we can do to achieve what we long for... but if we are really really open;... It may happen!

TRANCE & TRANSFORMATION is Led by: Annette Uhlemann & Jan Redsted (Denmark)
Annette and Jan has been a couple for more than 30 years and both trained Heartbeat teachers and completed 5Rhythms® Teacher Training with Gabrielle Roth in USA in 2005.
They have both assist on the 5R teacher training and are board members of the 5Rhythms® Reach Out.

Cultural Studies & Art at Uni. Hildesheim, Body therapist
Participated in several research projects about cancer and movement. Research in art and ritual theater as a transformative tool.
Jan Redsted
Psychotherapist and Diploma in Psychiatry. Assisted Jonathan Horan on Mirrors and Naked Soul since 2016.
