With over 15 years of experience running my own business and a background in corporate training with companies like The AA, Centrica, KPMG, and Hemsley Fraser, I’m passionate about creating ‘training that works.’ My approach focuses on tangible results, creative delivery, and helping managers achieve consistent performance through meaningful connections with their teams.

I know firsthand how challenging, confusing, and sometimes lonely freelancing and working for yourself can be. That’s why Trainer Talk Local London exists — to bring trainers, coaches, and consultants together in a friendly, supportive, and inspiring space.
