This event is run by our East Midlands Local Leader, Karen Cureton.

What Is

is a membership community for freelance trainers, a one-stop shop for business growth. We attract trainers who are serious about growing their business with the support of like minded people who are usually experiencing the same challenges! Freelance training can be lonely. It needn't be!

Trainer Talk Locals are fun, friendly, collaborative and inspiring events which we run at various locations across the UK.

A Local is a great opportunity to:

Our attendees love spending time with people who “get” what they do, the challenges, the excitement and the struggles. Being in a safe place to share ideas and help problem solve has been a big motivator to come again.

Learning from each other what has worked and not worked, getting inspiration to go and find more of the clients we would love to work with.

Hello! Karen here - your Trainer Talk Local Leader for the East Midlands.

I’ve been a member of Trainer Talk since 2019 and a Trainer Talk Local Leader since 2020.

I went full time freelance in 2012 and work with businesses and individuals to help them achieve improved results from their social media activity. I also work with organisations to improve customer experience through sales training.
