Whether you work on zero waste, climate change, biodiversity, circular economy, ESG, or another sustainability topic, knowing what to say is only part of the challenge — knowing how people actually learn is what creates lasting impact.
Our Trainer Development Programme, organised in collaboration with Mission Zero Academy, combines educational psychology with practical training methods to help sustainability professionals communicate complex topics more effectively, engage diverse audiences, and design meaningful learning experiences.
👉 Throughout the programme, participants will explore topics such as learning and memory, motivation, misconceptions, assessment, and evidence-based approaches to teaching sustainability. The course includes online sessions, independent assignments, and an in-person training in Bucharest.
