Connect to nature in a deeper way through the mindful movement and meditative practices found in yoga. During this on-the-trail experience, participants might draw upon the stability of trees for balancing postures or extend into a turtle pose by the pond. All levels are welcome. What to Expect: No prior yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this class. The instructor’s goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone using props and variations, as needed. Trails and distances will vary between classes, and we may encounter steps. Intensity is easy to moderate.
Member adult $10; nonmember adult $22. Includes daily admission.
