Nature journaling is noticing, wondering, and documenting the natural world through sketches, poems, and notes. This class offers the opportunity to see a subject with fresh eyes, ask questions to enhance your curiosity, and create a record of your observations. Program leadership includes an experienced art instructor, supporting novice artists, and guidance for all attendees to help them confidently explore creativity.What to Expect: You’ll learn the basics of nature journaling in this class—note that this is not an art class, but art can, if you choose, be a component in your nature journaling process. This program runs rain or shine; we’ll duck into a sheltered space if weather conditions are unfavorable.
Preregistration required. Member adult $10; nonmember adult $22.
