Please prepare a 32-bar cut (a minute or so) song of your choice and a song from the show, which we'll send to you as soon as you sign up. Afterwards, you will be reading sides with the director.

SYNOPSIS:
The Trail to Oregon is a hilarious tale of an All-American family's journey down the Oregon Trail! Join a family whose names will be decided by YOU, the audience, as they face wagon trouble, bandits, and grandpa's history in the great lobster war.
The Trail to Oregon! is an original musical produced by Starkid Productions and was performed in Chicago in the summer of 2014. It is also the most historically accurate musical portraying the Oregon Trail to date; featuring 12 educational songs, a set precisely replicating the trail’s landscape, and appearances from famous historical figures, such as: Henry McDoon, Cletus Jones, and Cornwallis.

CHARACTERS (in no particular order):
👩🏻🦰 Mom - A brash, caring woman who will protect her family from anything, even themselves. Daughter- The eldest sibling who yearns for romance and adventure on the wild plains.
🧑🏻 Son - The youngest sibling. A wild spirit, excited but naive to the dangers ahead.
👴🏻 Grandpa/Cletus Jones - Not all there, slightly losing it. Grandpa often steals the show with hilarious tales of past adventures. Also, Cletus Jones, Henry McDoon's sidekick.
🧔🏻♂️ Henry McDoon/Everyone Else - A true swing role. This person is tasked with many swaps, including being two characters in the same scene!
