Join us for a hands-on Trail Skills Clinic designed to take your mountain running to the next level. Whether you’re brand new to trails or have years under your belt, this small-group session will help you run more confidently, efficiently, and safely on any terrain.
Led by Mindful Runner coaches, you’ll learn by doing — out on the trails, practising each skill as you go.
What We’ll Cover
• Technical Terrain Navigation — footwork & stability for rocky paths, steep inclines, and uneven surfaces
• Downhill Running Techniques — balance, braking, and speed control without injury risk
• Uphill Strategies — pacing, posture, and breathing to power up climbs
• Trail Safety & Gear Essentials — what to carry, how to pack, and basic wilderness first aid
• Mindfulness on the Trail — staying present and focused in challenging terrain
• Strength & Conditioning Tips — drills to build agility, strength, and injury resilience
