Routes are well marked and ready. Join us this Wednesday Evening at the Randburg Bowls Club for our weekly Time Trial run at 17:30. We are lighting the fires for a braai and some fun after the run, so bring the family and little ones. Please join us as we remind ourselves what running is all about – *Family and friends* .
