Your ‘Core Skills’ are the essential building blocks to good, solid and safe riding at any level. The sooner you work out your bad habits and the areas that are holding back your riding, the sooner you will progress and 'flow' = more fun on the trails whether you're on a Analog or eBike.Key elements in this course:

Intro to riding Steps, Drops
Riding through Rollers and Jumps (soaking up)
