Traditional Yoga: Learning The 5 Tibetan Rites
Join us for a easy-to-follow session where you'll discover the ancient 5 Tibetan Rites, known as the "fountain of youth." Perfect for all levels, this practice helps boost your energy, flexibility, and overall well-being. No fancy gear needed, just roll out your mat and get ready to feel amazing! Let's embrace the traditional yoga flow together.
Zac will be leading us in the rites for 30 mins.
then, 15 mins of toning with tibetan bowls with Hannah.
We will finish our class with 15 mins of silent meditation.
Please bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Water
- Pillow or bolster
- & Yourself!
