Traditional Training Sessions:19:00-20:30 Tai Ji
20:30-22:00 Gong Fu
Stretching/Warm-up, extensive technique practice (drills).
£10 one session/£15 both.
In church hall, door to the right of the church.
New Students Update:
We continue to remain closed to new students for taiji classes, and only new kung fu students if they meet minimum fitness criteria.
Any sessions remain open to members of the worldwide Wudang San Feng Pai family.
All enquiries should come to us in the first instance. Please do not attend a class unannounced.
