For many years the Auxiliary at Post 194 has prepared a dinner on the first Friday of each month during the fall and the winter. Over the last year our Auxiliary has found that due to rising costs, and the desire to provide new events for the community, we needed to change the format and timing for the Auxiliary dinners.
We understand that this change is unexpected and we hope that you will continue to join us as we announce plans for Friday nights throughout this year and into the future. Thank you all for your continued support.
As part of this announcement, please join the Auxiliary at the American Legion Post 194 in Rising Sun for a Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday, November 21, 2025. Dinner will be served from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM. The cost of the dinner will be $15.00 per adult and $6.00 for children under 12. Please also help Chris' Community Cupboard by bringing a non-perishable item as a donation.
