About this Event
The course will cover the period of history between the industrial revolution and the 1970s. As well as learning about the history of trade unions, the historical context in which they develop will also be explored.
The course will run for six consecutive weeks, concluding on Wednesday 26th February. Attendance at every is expected, as spaces are limited.

Meet Your Tutur: Bob Kelly
I am currently the regional Education Organiser for Unison in the NW. I have been involved in Trade Union Education for nearly 30 years. I have delivered courses for the TUC, PCS, USDAW, GMB and Unite.
I have a particular interest in Trade Union history, understanding the context that unions develop helps us build for the future.
Notes for Attendees
Our events space has a ramp on entry, an accessible toilet and air purifier, with masks available to attendees on entry. If you have any access requirements then please let us know in advance of the event so we can make your visit as comfortable as we can.
