Ring in the Season of Giving with a Kick Off event! Featuring new activities alongside the Toys for Joy Skate, this event is the start of Coon Rapids Season of Giving donation drives to support local charities and programs, so bring a donatable item!Activities:
-Crafty Kids Station (crafts, games, coloring).
-Meet Rocky!
-BOGO indoor Public Skate Admission with a donation.
-FREE outdoor skating and ice games (weather permitting).
-Fire, Police and Public Works vehicle displays.
Donation Drive
Nov. 25-Dec. 17 at City Hall, 11155 Robinson Dr.
Following the Kick Off event, donations will be accepted daily during regular business hours.
Additional City-Hosted Collection Sites:
Coon Rapids Ice Center (toys), Bunker Hills Golf Club (toys), all Coon Rapids Fire Stations (toys and food).
Donation Items Accepted:
-New, unwrapped toys.
-New or gently used winter gear.
-Non-perishable food.
-Toiletries.
-Monetary Donations.
Donations Will Benefit:
-ACBC Food Shelf.
-Toys for Joy and the Christmas Committee.
-Alexandra House.
-Granny's Closet.
-Mercy Hospital Patients.
