Join Ami Wight as your professional fitness guru with an all-level total body workout on the green space lawn, just steps from the world-famous Fort Lauderdale beach! Plus lighten up and stay grounded with a cool-down Yoga stretch featuring Lisa Pumper, soFLO leading teacher, LOOP resident teacher, and founder of Ft Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Fitness

Duration is 60 + minutes.

Give extra time after class to walk across the street and enjoy shops. We are directly across from the Elbo Room! Grab a cold brew after class.

Or take a plunge refreshing into the ocean.

The park has bathrooms to freshen up or change clothes.

PRICE:

$ 20 per class ( 10-class package $150 )
