Wearing these costumes, Jayne Torvill & Christopher Dean won gold medals in the Winter Olympics held in Sarejavo, in the European Figure Skating, and the World Skating Championships, all in 1984!Now, in celebration of the long & successful skating career together, which comes to an end this summer and with their final performances in Nottingham, Nottingham Museums are showcasing these incredible and historic costumes at Newstead Abbey.
