I know what a positive impact losing weight can have on how you feel about yourself, I’ve done it. My self esteem and confidence have grown, it has had such a positive impact, I can hardly believe it. So much so I love supporting others to achieve the same and feel great about themselves.
I am thrilled to now be running my own Slimming World Groups. I love Slimming World,I know it works and I am determined to support others to reach their weight loss dreams. If you want to lose weight but find group scary or you are apprehensive for any reason, message me.
