Torre Flavia - A seafood Experience

Before becoming a chef, Roberto spent countless mornings fishing along the shores of Torre Flavia and Ladispoli, just north of Rome. This dinner recreates the flavors of those family summers on the Roman coast—simple seafood, fresh pasta, white wine and stories shared around one table.

An evening inspired by the fishing villages of Rome’s coastline, where Roberto spent his childhood casting lines into the Tyrrhenian Sea with family and friends. History

Not every Roman memory begins in the city.

Just thirty minutes from Rome lies the Tyrrhenian coast, where weekends were spent fishing, swimming, and gathering around simple seafood lunches after a morning by the sea.

This experience is inspired by those memories—from Ladispoli and Torre Flavia, where Roberto learned that the freshest ingredients need very little to become unforgettable.
