Torfaen Antenatal Course

You are welcome to attend any Antenatal session and/or course in Gwent; however, we strongly advise you to attend the borough in which you live to ensure you receive the best information and support possible.

Sign up to our Welcome to the World Antenatal course that takes place over 8 weeks (2 hours per week), it is face to face and completely free.

This course is for those who would like to learn more about pregnancy, your developing baby, brain development, relationships, giving birth and what to expect when your baby arrives. A midwife will be present for one of the sessions to help you understand the signs and stages of labour, birth positions and pain relief.

It is recommended that the mother should be 20+ weeks pregnant to attend the course. Partner, relative or friend are more than welcome. Booking onto the first session will automatically secure your space for the full 8 weeks, please see the below dates.

Mae Cwrs Cyn Geni The Family Links Welcome to the World yn rhad ac am ddim i ddarpar rieni, partneriaid, teulu neu ffrindiau.

Mae croeso i chi fynychu unrhyw sesiwn Cyn Geni ac/neu yng Ngwent; fodd bynnag, rydym yn eich cynghori’n gryf i fynychu yn y fwrdeistref yr ydych yn byw ynddi er mwn sicrhau eich bod yn derbyn y wybodaeth a’r gefnogaeth orau posib.

Cofrestrwch ar gyfer ein cwrs cyn geni Welcome to the World sy’n cael ei gynnal dros 8 wythnos (2 awr bob wythnos). Mae’n gwrs wyneb yn wyneb ac mae’n rhad ac am ddim.

Mae’r cwrs yma ar gyfer y rheiny sy’n dymuno dysgu mwy am feichiogrwydd, eich babi sy’n datblygu, datblygiad yr ymennydd, perthnasoedd, rhoi genedigaeth a’r hyn i’w ddisgwyl ar ôl i’ch babi gyrraedd.
