The Twin Cities Jewish Renewal Community (TCJRC) and Mount Zion Temple are thrilled to host internationally-known Diane Bloomfield, the Israeli founder of Torah Yoga ®, to lead a two-hour Torah Yoga ® workshop for the Twin Cities. Her unique approach combines Jewish mysticism and wisdom with yoga for a truly exceptional experience focused on learning and growing holistically.We will study the secrets revealed in the Hebrew letters of the book of Esther alongside the practice of Iyengar yoga to illuminate and experience inner spiritual worlds. The 19th century Chassidic Rebbe Sfat Emet teaches: “There is no measuring or evaluating the secrets and mysteries that are hidden in even one letter of the Torah.”
Prior yoga experience or Hebrew knowledge is not necessary to enjoy this workshop. Following the class, Diane’s books will be for sale. You are invited to stay for questions, a light snack, and to have your book signed. Please bring a mat or blanket for the workshop.
