Love to entertain, but not sure of what to serve? Want to bring a delicious bite to your next party? Have an air fryer you rarely use? Let us help! Join us at the Citrus County Canning Center kitchen to create a shareable spread of delicious Spanish-inspired tapas - or appetizers - to serve at your next get-together. We'll combine easily accessible, nutritous ingredients into tasty snack-sized morsels with a focus on homemade goodness. Particiants will work in small groups following recipes with guidance from instructors and then sit down to share!

Closed toed shoes are recommended for safety in the kitchen. Please feel free to bring an apron, but we will have extras to borrow. Space is limited, so register today!
