🔥 THE CITRUS COUNTY HUNGER GAMES ARE COMING! 🔥
Competing for a Cause. Feeding Children.
We’re officially recruiting our Districts and Sponsors for the inaugural Citrus County Hunger Games, a countywide competition to help ensure no child goes hungry.
This isn’t about survival. It’s about community.
How It Works
Beginning in late August, organizations across Citrus County will compete in their assigned district to collect food and financial donations for local families with children.
🏆 Scoring:
🥫 1 Food Item = 1 Meal Point
💵 $1 Donation = 2 Meal Points
The competition will run through September 23rd 2026.
At the conclusion of the district competitions, each district will crown a District Champion (Tribute) based on the total Meal Points collected.
Those eight Tributes will then face off for the ultimate title:

The Feast of Champions
On September 24th 2026, community leaders, sponsors, volunteers, and competitors will gather at the Realtor Association of Citrus County for the Feast of Champions, where:
🏆 District Champions will be recognized
🏆 The winning Tribute will be crowned
🏆 Community impact totals will be revealed
🏆 Sponsors and volunteers will be celebrated
🏆 Together we’ll celebrate how many children and families were fed through this incredible effort
