Tony Bish Wines is Australasia's only dedicated Chardonnay specialist, showcasing an unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional wines that reflect both innovation and tradition.
Wines for tasting on the night will be:
2023 Fat & Sassy
The palate has flavours of citrus fruits melded with creamy barrel-ferment and nutty, spicy oak.
2024 Heartwood
The aroma is pure and intense with peach, sweet citrus notes, nutty complexity and lifted vanilla.
2024 Golden Egg
Pale straw with green highlights. Lifted white flower aromas with lime blossom, honeydew melon, and a flinty dry stone minerality.
2023 Two Terraces
Lingering flavours abound, with crème brûlée, crisp green apple and lemon meringue.
2022 Skeetfield
The fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed with minimal settling. This wine was 100% barrel fermented and matured, with 60% new Taransaud French oak.
