Tone Matters: Sound Bowls 101 is a FREE interactive sound bowl workshop exploring basic techniques, how to activate sound meditation instruments, and the science of sound with crystal & Tibetan sound bowls. Come and experience the impact of both input/output of vibration in this workshop led by our partners at Afro Moone. This workshop is for all ages and no experience is necessary.

Yoga mat
Do I need a bowl?
No, bowls and note taking utensils are optional.
There is a free parking lot you may use at the park as well as a MoGo station.
