Join us on Wednesday, August 5 at 6:00 PM for a fun, all-levels outdoor mat Pilates class in the heart of Nashville. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this class is designed to help you feel strong, energized, and connected with the community before the festival festivities.
This is a donate-what-you-can community class, with all proceeds benefit accessible support and visibility for local artists, and Nashville's creative community.
Simply bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothes, we'll take care of the rest.
Every attendee will receive a complimentary goodie bag from our local partners, making it the perfect way to kick off Tomato Art Fest weekend while supporting a great cause.
