It’s grilling season so let’s learn about the king of all steaks- The Tomahawk! We will go over the ins and outs of good beef, how to season and marinade, and other grilling tips. Tomahawk samples for all. Bring a drink to pair with great Iowa beef. Weather permitting, we will be grilling on the fabulous Outlet patio in historic downtown Marshalltown.
