Tomahawk Class (for veterans and first responders)

At War Horse Forge, you will learn blacksmithing skills using traditional techniques. In this advanced class you will forge a tomahawk head from a railroad spike. You must have taken at least one other class at War Horse Forge to attend the Tomahawk Class.

The class is limited to 6 people and is for veterans, active duty military, and first responders. You can have a battle buddy who is not military or first responder attend with you. However, each attendee must register individually and be at least 18 years old.

The only fee is $25 to register for the class. Upon completion of the class, you can choose to have your $25 refunded or donate it to War Horse Forge. We hope this nominal (and refundable) fee will ensure those who sign-up for a class do show up as we often have waitlists. If this fee is a hardship, please call us and we will work with you (540/538-7453).
